Article 1 - Privacy Policy

Information and data about visitors and users are collected for 3 purposes

Article 2 - Return Policy

1 - For the buyer: Returns are only accepted in case of data discrepancy or delivery or authenticity issues.
2 - For the seller: If the piece is received from the seller by the official representative and delivered to the "Dhahabi" verification center but it is rejected, it will be returned to the seller for free with clarification of the rejection reason in your order details.

Article 3 - Terms of Use

• It is strictly prohibited to use the platform for any illegal or unethical purpose, including but not limited to posting, sending, or circulating any content that includes profanity, defamation, verbal abuse, threats, slander, pornographic content, or unethical content in any form.
• It is prohibited to use the platform to post or promote any pornographic, unethical, racist content, or content that incites hatred or violence, or violates public morals or applicable laws within the State of Kuwait or any country where the website is used.
• Platform management reserves its full right to delete any violating content without prior notice, and also reserves its right to take all necessary legal actions against those proven to commit these acts, including reporting to relevant authorities and filing lawsuits when necessary.
• No person or entity has the right to attempt to discover or exploit any security vulnerability in the platform (if any), and this is considered an explicit violation punishable by law. The platform programmer and technical partner Mohammed/Tler Al-Shahrani reserves all legal and cyber rights to pursue the perpetrator judicially inside and outside Kuwait.
• In case of discovering any suspicious activity or report from any user, platform management reserves its full right to suspend violating accounts temporarily or permanently, take necessary legal actions, and cooperate with relevant authorities in any related legal investigations.

Updates are published on app stores such as Google Play, Apple Store and also published on the platform's account on .. platform .
